๐งช A/B tested and tailored our subject lines, copy, creative, and CTA placement day-by-day based on the data. We stayed on our toes the whole time, but this was pivotal in making each day's attributed email & SMS numbers better than the last.๐ฒ Utilized SMS for the first time. We've been growing our SMS list for almost a year, and this sale was the biggest test of it's value yet. The ROI was incredible. Highly recommend if you have a promising capture system.

As much as some of these are basic principles, our data showed that we needed to focus on these things, and it paid to listen! I think the biggest takeaway from this holiday season so far is that looking back at data, seeing what worked and what didn't, and establishing a clear path to growth is essential to making continued gains.
